Returns and Exchanges
We want you to love our products as much as we do, so if you wish to exchange your garment for an alternative size or a store credit please fill out the returns/exchanges form sent with your order, or download here.
Please choose carefully as we do not normally refund for change of mind as this costs us processing fees from the payment providers and unrecoverable funds we have paid for shipping and handling.
To be eligible to exchange:
* Items purchased must be returned within 30 days of purchase in new unwashed condition. Garments may be tried on to assess fit but please make sure that swimwear is tried on over your own underwear. In the interest of hygiene we may refuse returns of items where it’s obvious that this hasn’t been done.
**For International orders only items may be returned at buyers expense with tracked shipping within 30 days after receipt of the goods. Please email us at hello@mantisswimwear.com.au and forward the tracking number so that we can see that the package was sent within our return guidelines. Upon receipt of the garment in unused original condition your exchange/refund will be processed. We take no responsibility for items lost in transit.

Please keep note of your tracking number as Mantis Swimwear takes no responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit, or received beyond our 30 day exchange policy for domestic customers (or posted after 30 days for international)
*Exchanges are subject to availability of size and style. If your requested product is out of stock when we finalise your return, a store credit will be issued.
*Sale items, clearance items or custom pieces made to order are not eligible for return or exchange for change of mind.
*Where a product is found to be faulty please contact us at hello@mantisswimwear.com.au to arrange the exchange, credit or refund.
